In order to answer your question as quickly and carefully as possible, the e-consultation service is closed from Friday after 5.30 pm until Monday at 7.30 am. At weekends, and particularly on Monday mornings, we usually receive a large number of e-consultations all at once. This makes it difficult to assist everyone in a timely and attentive manner and to ensure that our regular practice runs smoothly.
By suspending the e-consultation service during this time slot, we hope that enquiries will be spread more evenly throughout the week. This will enable us to respond to you more quickly and avoid unnecessarily long waiting times.
